The user of the site who intends to purchase (hereinafter “Customer”) is required, prior to the confirmation of sending the order, to carefully read these General Conditions which have been published on the Site and which will be available for consultation at any time by the Customer. also through the link contained in the confirmation email of each order to facilitate storage and reproduction. In the event that the user who purchases on the Site requests an invoice and \/ or is not a “consumer or user” as defined in art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. a), of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal regulations described in the specific section will not apply, because according to the same Consumer Code they apply only to “consumers”.<\/p>\n

The agreements made with Azienda Agraria Hispellum through the Site are governed by these General Conditions in compliance with Italian law. The Customer must add the Product \/ Products to the “Cart” and, after having read the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy Conditions and confirmed their acceptance with a flag in the appropriate field, must enter the shipping data, select the desired payment method and confirm the order. By sending the order from the Site, which has the value of a contractual agreement, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure, that he has read the technical data sheet and understood the characteristics of the Products and to fully accept these General Conditions and those of the selected payment.<\/p>\n

The contract stipulated between “Azienda Agraria Hispellum” and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by “Azienda Agraria Hispellum”. This acceptance is communicated to the Customer through an order confirmation email to the email address entered by the user during the order confirmation phase, this email will contain a reference to these General Conditions, the order number, the shipping data , the list of Products ordered and the total price, including VAT, where due, and the costs for making the delivery. If there is no response within this period, the order will be considered confirmed and only the available products will be shipped. The Customer who has not made the transfer may be contacted by the Customer Service in order to clarify whether the cause of the non-credit is due to the Customer’s will not to confirm the purchase or to other causes. In any case, except for reasons of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the ordered Products will be delivered approximately within a period of 7 (seven) working days starting from the day following that in which “Azienda Agraria Hispellum” confirmed the order to the Customer. by means of a specific order confirmation email. The aforementioned term of 7 working days applies for shipments to Italy.<\/p>\n

The service includes 1 delivery attempt at the address indicated at the time of the order. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a paper notice of the passage asking the customer to contact the nearest office to arrange the delivery or to change the address of the same. Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and customer protection, the right of withdrawal is applicable only for Products purchased on the Site that can be returned to the Hispellum Agricultural Company and put back on the market without endangering the health of consumers (i.e. cosmetic products). .<\/p>\n

    The Customer Service of the Hispellum Agricultural Company will, once received the communication, open a file for the management of the return and to communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the Products, which will be done by courier indicated by the Hispellum Agricultural Company.<\/p>\n

    The right of withdrawal is governed by the following conditions:<\/p>\n

    In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Hispellum Agricultural Company will refund the customer the full amount paid to purchase the goods subsequently returned, including shipping costs where applicable, within 14 days from the date on which the communication of withdrawal, without prejudice to the right of the Hispellum Agricultural Company to suspend the payment of the reimbursement until the actual receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the latter has expressly requested a different method of credit. In the event of a bank transfer, the Customer will be responsible for providing the bank details to obtain the refund (account holder, name and address of the Bank and IBAN).<\/p>\n

    Also in order to guarantee the free return, the Products must be returned in the same type of packaging in which they were received.<\/p>\n

    In cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, Azienda Agraria Hispellum will return the purchased Products to the Customer, charging the shipping costs to the same.<\/p>\n

    In case of acceptance of the right of withdrawal, the Hispellum Agricultural Company offers Free Returns keeping the shipping costs for returning the Products fully at its own expense.<\/p>\n
