Monocultivar Moraiolo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
An area of 50 hectares between Spello, Assisi and Trevi, at an altitude between 400 and 500 meters facing east, therefore at the best solar radiation, on soils rich in stone and red earth, ideal for the development of this cultivar with extraordinary characteristics, which produces an oil rich in natural antioxidants; in the management of the olive groves no use is made of herbicides and pesticides.
